In the heart of the Western Catskill Mountains is Wolf Hollow Camp; a labor of love brought to life by Gary Feazell, a New York based figurative artist and clothing designer.
“Relax in a cozy Adirondack chair with a complimentary bottle of local cider. Let us build a fire for you, bring you coffee and tea in the morning and treat you to a unique off-the-grid camping experience.”
Each campsite has wall tents on elevated cedar platforms providing the perfect seat to watch nature at its finest. These luxury shelters take their names from the indigenous language of the Lenape Indians, who once inhabited this area. Relax and enjoy yourself in these custom canvas cabins outfitted with wood-burning stoves, Adirondack chairs, cafe tables and soft queen size beds. Wolf Hollow Camp is a catered experience allowing you more time for relaxation. Enjoy complimentary local cider upon arrival and a light breakfast served with coffee and tea each morning. Campfires will be made upon request for your enjoyment. If you plan to cook, grills and charcoal are also provided. Amenities include a heated spring fed outdoor shower and modern composting toilet. At night the woods are softly illuminated with LED lanterns. 40 acres of undeveloped land are waiting to be explored. Spend the day hiking up the mountainside or mushroom foraging in the pine forest. Take a dip in the crisp stream, splash around in the secluded waterfall or climb into a hammock with a good book and do absolutely nothing. Take a deep breath of fresh mountain air and enjoy this little slice of Catskill Goodness.
